MY SHOPRITE TRIP----3/22/11

So here is Part I of my Shoprite Trip I did today! Read my previous posts on how I received over $200 in store coupons to use on anything!
Well today I went to Shoprite and KILLED IT again!!!!!
Next time, I'll take a picture of my receipts, so you guys won't think I'm lying!!!LOL

This order was done in 3 separate transactions since Shoprite only limits you to "4 like" coupons per transaction!! My Shoprite also had TRIPLE COUPONS, which triples the value of any coupon under $1.00!!!And this is a good week to stock up on meats....Perdue Poultry is 40% off!!!

received a Store Coupon (catalina) for a Free Gallon of Milk up to $3.79 (i got this b/c I purchased 3 chex cereals)
I also received a $5.00 store coupon (for buying 4 classico sauces and heinz ketchup)- from the 1st transaction, that I used to help pay for the 2nd transaction!
and now that I'm looking closely at my receipt..the cashier forgot one of my Classico Pasta Sauce coupons, so the next time I go to Shoprite, I will get a refund of $1.00!!!

PAID $6.84 FOR $139.00 WORTH OF GROCERIES FROM SHOPRITE!!!!

A Few weeks ago I posted my Shoprite trip where I spent only $80.65 for groceries with their Dollar Days (go back and check that post out), and I received $192 in store coupons (that go towards anything in the store including meats and produce)....

Well I went back a week later and did 2 more deals...spent another $19, and received $24 more in store coupons.

So my total spent towards the Dollar Days Deal at Shoprite was $100.37 and I received $220 in store coupons to use over 4 weeks........$55/week!!!!

So I told you all I was going to stock on items I'm not really able to use coupons on!

Last week I used the first set of coupons and stocked up on tilapia, pork chops, milk, yogurt, and did another deal where I received $20 in store coupons....LOL

So on top of the $55/week, I now have $5 extra/week to use!! I love it! And so will you!!!

COUPONING QUESTIONS-----couponing 101

Someone had a question about how to read the coupon blogs!!
So here's the answer!!

when you go to a coupon blog
Find the store that want to shop at....for ex. Shoprite
Click on shoprite...
what they do is list the BEST deals for Shoprite that week
under each item on sale..she will tell you which coupon you can use on that item....
so for instance
she might list

Smart Balance Milk on sale for $2.49
(next she will list the coupon to use, she will either tell you where the coupon came from or give you the link on how to print the coupon from the internet)
so it may look like this
$1.50/1 Smart Balance 2/27 SS exp3/31
(this means, use the $1.50 off 1 Smart Balance Milk from the Smart Source Coupon Insert that came out on 2/27/11 and it expires on 3/31/11)
if she provides a link to print the coupon from the internet.....just click on it and you will be able to print it..
sometimes it may be a coupon that you have to register for....so my suggestion is get an email account that you will use just for couponing purposes....
so if you don't have the coupon, then go to
http://www.coupondede.com/
or
http://www.mycouponhunter.com/
to find the coupon and order it......you should get it in 4-5days....
so start with one store (shoprite is the best for me)
and make your list of what you want to buy.....
make a list of all the coupons you need...
order them
wait for them to come in the mail
go shopping and save that money!!!!!
It sounds like a lot, but in time you will become a PRO!!! And when you start seeing the savings...you'll wanto save even more!!
